- الإشكالية:
من أجل البحث عن النظام في الفوضى الخطابية: الخطاب والتغير الاجتماعي
ينظم معهد الآداب واللغات، الملتقى الدولي الخامس " الخطاب النقدي المعاصر"، موسوم "اللسانيات التطبيقية وتحليل الخطاب"، وهو امتداد للطبعات السابقة:
1- الملتقى الأول(تأسيسي) "الخطاب النقدي": ماي 2004
2- الملتقى الثاني "النقد الاجتماعي"، ماي 2006
3- الملتقى الثالث "النقد النفسي" ماي 2008
4- الملتقى الرابع "القراءة والتلقي" ماي 2010
سيعقد الملتقى الدولي الخامس في 24-25-26 أفريل 2012، بجامعة عباس لغرور خنشلة –الجزائر-
إننا نشهد مرحلة حيوية في تاريخ البشرية، تعالت فيها الأصوات المطالبة بالتغيير الاجتماعي، وفَشَل الاقتصاد وتفاعله مع هذه الظاهرة، كما إن السياسة تحكمت في الأوضاع، وفي بعض الأحيان تنازلت للفوضى، مما فتح المجال لوسائل الإعلام لتلعب أدوارا مدهشة.
كما أن الدراسة العلمية لأفعال التواصل معقدة ومثيرة للاهتمام، وبالفعل فإن كل مختص في اللسانيات التطبيقية وبخاصة محلل الخطاب، يلاحظ ويحلل بشكل إلزامي ومنهجي هذه المتاهة الخطابية المحمومة بتفاعلاتها، للعثور على النظام في هذه الفوضى والارتباك في البنية الخطابية.
هذه دعوة للمشاركة في هذا الملتقى الدولي الخامس، لمناقشة الموضوعات المطروحة في هذه الإشكالية.
إن الانتشار الواسع لمفهوم "الخطاب" يزيد في صعوبة فهمه؛ أحيانا يكون مرادفا للكلام، وأحيانا يعني "الرسالة ككل"، إذ إن كل كلام يفترض متكلم ومستمع، في نية الأول التأثير على الآخر بأي شكل من الأشكال؛ كما يمكن أن يكون " كلاما في موقف"، أو "استخدام ملفوظات في تركيبة لانجاز أفعال اجتماعية"...الخ.
وبالتالي من الصعب تعريف الخطاب في ضوء هذا التنوع في التعريفات، من الواضح ، مع ذلك، أن تعريفه بأنه " ليس وحدة لغوية فحسب، بل هو نتيجة مزيج من معلومات لغوية وظرفية". ومن ثم نستنتج بأن الخطاب يفيد ضمنا الفعل اللغوي الذي يبرز النص والسياق والقصدية.
هو، إذا، كينونة معقدة لها بعد لساني (بوصفه نصا) وبعد اجتماعي (بوصفه إنتاجا سياقيا)، وبعد تواصلي ( بوصفه تفاعلا نهائيا)، وبعد معرفي ( بوصفه عاملا ناقلا للأنظمة المعرفية واعتقادات الأفراد). الخطاب يمكن أن يكون: بيداغوجيا، تعليميا، إلزاميا، ذاتيا، جدليا وحواريا.
المشاركون في هذا الملتقى مدعوون لتقديم مداخلات حول الموضوعات المتعلقة باللسانيات التطبيقية وتحليل الخطاب. هي دعوة للمساهمة في النقاش الذي سيدور حول الموضوعات المرتبطة بالمحاور التالية:
- مساهمة اللغة في مراقبة التغير الاجتماعي
- تحليل خطاب الثورات الشعبية
- تحليل الخطاب السياسي
- تحليل الخطاب الأدبي وتعدد أصوات النص
* تقدم المداخلات بإحدى اللغات: العربية، الفرنسية، الانجليزية
- على قرص مضغوط و/أو على بريد الملتقى بخط(Simplified Arabic 16) Times New Roman 14) ) في 3500 كلمة
- آخر أجل لاستلام طلبات المشاركة والملخصات 15 مارس 2010، في 150 كلمة على الأكثر
- آخر أجل لإرسال نصوص المداخلات 10 أفريل 2012، على قرص مضغوط ، أو على البريد الإلكتروني
- ترسل الدعوات للمشاركين بعد تحكيم المداخلات.
- المداخلات المؤهلة تلخص بصيغة بوير بونت(Power Point) قصد عرضها.

Problématique
À la recherche de l’ordre dans le chaos discursif: le discours et le changement social.
Le 5ème colloque international Discours critique contemporain « linguistique appliquée et l’analyse du discours » est organisé par la Faculté des lettres et langues. Que l’on considère comme prolongement des versions précédentes:
1er- Colloque inaugural « Discours critique » mai 2004
2ème- « la sociocritique » mai 2006
3ème- « la psychocritique » mai 2008
4ème- « lecture et réception » mai 2010
Le colloque aura lieu le 24-25-26 avril 2012, à l’Université Abbés LAGHROUR –Khenchela- Algérie.
Nous assistons à une phase effervescente de l’Histoire de l’humanité. Des voix sociales revendiquent le changement, l’économie échoue puis réagit à l’échec, la politique tantôt contrôle tantôt cède à la panique , et les nouveaux medias jouent des rôles étonnants.
Se présente ainsi à l’étude scientifique un tableau complexe et intéressant d’actes communicatifs. En effet, dans tout ce labyrinthe fiévreux de discours et d’interactions, un spécialiste en linguistique appliquée, en particulier un analyste du discours, observe et analyse délibérément et systématiquement à la recherche d’ordre dans le chaos et de structure dans la confusion.
Cet appel à communication est intéressé par les contributions discutant des thèmes présentés ci-dessous.
La grande extension du concept "Discours" le rend difficile à appréhender. Tantôt, il est synonyme de la parole; tantôt il désigne un message pris globalement, comme "toute énonciation supposant un locuteur et un auditeur et chez le premier l’intention d’influencer l’autre en quelque manière", comme il peut être un « langage en situation », ou une « utilisation d’énoncés en combinaison pour l’accomplissement d’actes sociaux » …etc.
S’il est difficile de circonscrire le discours à travers cette diversité de définitions, il y a néanmoins une évidence, qu’il « ne peut être défini comme une unité linguistique, mais qu’il résulte de la combinaison d’informations linguistiques et situationnelles ».
Aussi, concluons-nous que le discours implique un acte langagier d’où émergent un texte, un contexte et une intention. Il est donc une entité complexe ayant une dimension linguistique (en tant que texte), une dimension sociologique (en tant que production en contexte), une dimension communicationnelle (en tant qu’interaction finalisée), et une dimension cognitive (en tant que porteur des systèmes de connaissances/croyances des individus). Le discours peut être: Pédagogique, Didactique, Prescriptif, Subjectif, Dialogique et Polémique,
Les participants sont invités à présenter des communications sur des thèmes ayant trait à la linguistique appliquée et l’analyse du discours. Cet appel à communication est intéressé par les contributions discutant des thèmes présentés ci-dessous :
• Contribution du langage dans le contrôle et le changement sociaux.
• Analyse du discours des révolutions populaires.
• Contribution des nouveaux médias.
• Analyse du discours politique.
• Analyse du discours littéraire et polyphonie des textes.
Calendrier
• Date limite de réception des résumés 28 février 2012. (150 mots max.)
• Notification de l'acceptation des propositions de communications 15 mars 2012.
• Les présentations ne devront pas dépasser 20 minutes.
• Remise du texte intégral de la communication : av. 10/04/2012
• Les résumés devront inclure :
- Nom et prénom, Affiliation et adresse du participant
- Adresse électronique, Numéro du téléphone mobile
- Langues du colloque: Arabe, français, anglais.
Looking for order in the discursive chaos: discourse and the social change, the 5th international seminar Contemporary critical discourse “applied linguistics and discourse analysis” is organized by the Institute of Letters and ********s which we consider as an extension to the previous versions:
1st Inaugural Seminar “ Critical Discourse” May 2004
2nd Seminar “Sociocriticism” May 2006
3rd Seminar “Psychocriticism” May 2008
4th Seminar “Reading and reception” May 2010
The Seminar will be held on April 24-25-26, 2012, at the University centre Abbés Laghrour- Khenchela-Algeria.
We are witnessing a vibrant phase in the history of mankind. Social voices demanding change. The economy fails and then reacts to failure, politics sometimes controls and sometimes gives up to panic and new media play amazing roles.
So a complex and interesting painting of communicative acts is present for a scientific study. In fact, in all this feverish maze of discourse and interactions, a specialist in applied linguistics, discourse analyst in particular, observes and analyses deliberately and systematically searching for the order in the chaos and structure in the confusion.
This call for papers is interested in the contributions discussing themes presented below:
The great extension of the concept “Discourse” makes it difficult to understand. Sometimes, it is the synonym of the word. Sometimes, means a message as a whole, as “every utterance assuming a speaker and a listener and the former has the intention to influence the other somehow”, and it can be “******** in situation”, or “use of statements in combination for the accomplishment of social acts” …etc.
If it is difficult to limit the discourse through these diverse definitions, however, there is evidence that “it cannot be defined as a linguistic unity, but it results from the combination of linguistic and situational information”.
We can also conclude that discourse implies a ******** act from which a text, a context and an intention emerge. Therefore, it is a complex entity with a linguistic dimension (as a text), a sociolinguistic dimension (as a production in a context), a communicational dimension (as an accomplished interaction), and a cognitive dimension (as a carrier of individuals knowledge and beliefs). Discourse can be: Pedagogical, Didactic, Prescriptive, Subjective, Dialogic and Controversial
Participants are invited to present papers on themes related to applied linguistics and discourse analysis. This call for papers is interested in the contributions discussing the following themes:
- The contribution of ******** in the control and social change.
- Discourse analysis of popular revolutions.
- Contribution of new media.
- Analysis of political discourse.
- Analysis of literary discourse and texts’ polyphony.
Calendar
-Deadline for the reception of the abstracts: February 28, 2012 (150 words).
-Notification of acceptance of proposed papers: March 15, 2012.
- The presentation should not exceed 20 minutes. Ten (10) minutes will be devoted to questions and/ or discussion.
- Submission of the full text of the papers: before April 10, 2012.
- The abstracts should include:

* Affiliation and address
* E-mail address
