السلام عليكم لقد قمت بشراء سلعة من اي باي وكان ثمن الشحن 12 دولار عن طريق USPS
لكن البائع قام بشحن عن طريق singapore post
فراسلته في ذالك قم باجابة بهذه الرسالة

As it's safter if ship via Singapore Post to countries out of the US, so we sent it with via Singapore Post and tracking number is available. You know if ship from US, tracking number is not available, we have lost many packages that were shipped from the US to international.
We really hope you can accept it and we can refund $7 to you, ok?
