Mahmoud, the reason why you are not able to add your us bank account is because our system detected that this account is affiliated to payoneer.paypal no longer accepts bank accounts issued by payoneer to be added on any paypal account. This is because the payoneer account is not a bank account and therefore you would not be able to add it to your paypal account. (section 14. (disclaimers), “the us payment service is not a bank account in the united states and funds received on your behalf are not fdic-insured.”) as per the payoneer us payment service terms and conditions, unfortunately we do not allow the use of virtual bank accounts as they do not meet the “know your customer” and customer protection guidelines outline in various laws and regulations such as the usa patriot act."



however, since you mentioned that it is not affiliated to payoneer, or if you are not aware of this, i would recommend that you get in touch with your bank for further information . For the meantime, i will be making an adjustment so that you can add your bank account .
