I work using almost the same procedures except for the phase while reading where I useactivities graded from general to specific (general idea, ideas of paragraphs, ture or false/ mcq, answering questions, synonyms/ opposites/ definitions, reference words. your work is wonderful i wish you the best

thanks a lot for you message of course there is no difference between teaching English in Middle and Secondary School
and I agree with you about the type of tasks ( scanning ones )you are dealing just you have to follow the BAC typology it must be applied since the 1AS
