I think we should say
I sent not have sent because it's 2.2.2013 which means last year so we use past simple rather than present perfect

you will inform me If you recieved it
here we have "if" and the rule say:
If + past simple ===> would + verb infinitive

i think you should revise your answer sister and i hope we find a correct sentence inshallah and provide help to our brother
