the first sentence we put which because it's the book that summed up ,the book is a thing not a person
the third sentence we put who not which because caliph is a person
caliph معناها خليفة

they asked to find words that have the sound /i: / (long i) and the sound /I/ as it
so before you answer that question try to pronounce the words first then choose
why did you put fine ,when we pronounce fine the sound here is /ai/ not /I/ so pay attention
the same thing with the sound /i:/ why you chose weather and rained
