Rule : To express agreement,if the sentence is affirmative, we use : so+the auxiliary+subject but if the
sentence is negative,we use : neither+the auxiliary +the subject

Rule: To express disagreement, if the sentence is affirmative,we use the negative and if it is negative
we use the affirmative
