Manner of articulation: plosive,fricative,affricate,nasal,lateral,approxim ant

well,before that you must know voiceless and voiced consonants because you will include that while describing the consonants.
Voiceless: p, t, k, f, θ, s, ʃ(sh), h,tʃ(ch)

Voiced : b, d, g, m, n, ŋ(ng), v,(th), z, ʒ,l, j, w, dʒ,r

what you have to bear in mind is that while describing a consonant ,you must take these steps into consideration:
1-place of articulation
2-manner of articulation
3-the presence or absence of the voice(voiceless/voiced)
4-the position of the soft palate(nasal/oral)

let's classify english consonants according to place and manner of articultion

/p/ is a bilabial,plosive,voiceless and oral consonant

/t/ is an alveolar,plosive,voiceless and oral consonant

/k/ is a velar,plosive,voiceless and oral consonant

/b/ is a bilabial,plosive,voiced and oral consonant

/d/ is an alveolar,plosive,voiced and oral consonant

/g/ is a velar,plosive ,voiced and oral consonant

/f/ is a labiodental,fricative,voiceless and oral consonant

/θ/ is a dental,fricative,voiceless and oral consonant

/s/ is an alveolar,fricative,voiceless and oral consonant

/ʃ/ is a palato-alveolar,fricative,voiceless,and oral consonant

/h/ is a glottal,fricative,voiceless and oral consonant

/v/ is a labiodental,fricative,voiced,and oral consonant

/th/ is dental,fricative,voiced and oral consonant

/z/ is an alveolar,fricative,voiced and oral consonant

/tʃ/ is a palato-alveolar,affricate,voiceless and oral consonant

/dʒ/ is a palato-alveolar,affricate,voiced and oral consonant

/m/ is a bilabial,nasal,and voiced consonant

/n/ is an alveolar,nasal and voiced consonant

/ŋ/ is a velar,nasal and voiced consonant

Remark:/m/,/n/,/ŋ/ are the only nasal consonants ,and their manner of articulation is nasal too ,so there is no need for repeating nasal.I mean by nasal here the position of the soft palate.

now,I'm going to provide you with the explanation of both place and manner of articulation

place of articulation:we mean by that the place at which the organs of speech come into contact to produce the sound.

1-bilabial:the 2 lips are the primary articulators.
2-labiodental:the lower lip articulates with the upper teeth.
3-dental:the tip of the tongue articulates with the upper teeth and the rims of the tongue articulate with the upper side teeth.
4-alveolar:the blade,or tip and blade ,of the tongue articulates with alveolar ridge.
5-palato-alveolar:the tip and blade of the tongue articulate with the alveolar ridge and there is at the same time a raising the front of the tongue towards the hard palate.
6-palatal:the front of the tongue artticulates with the hard palate.
7-velar:the back of the tongue articulates with the soft palate.
8-glottal:the narrowing takes place in the pharynx at the glottis(the vocal cords).

Manner of articulation:we mean by that how the lips ,tongue,etc.....are configured to produce the sound.

1-plosive:there is a complete closure between two organs or points of articulation behind which the air builds and then is released quickly explosively.
2-affricate:there is a closure followed by friction.
3-nasal:there is a complete closure or an obstruction to the air to go through the mouth because the soft palate is lowered,so the air escapes through the nose.
4-lateral:the air stream is allowed through both sides of the tongue.
5-approximant:the articulators approach each other but no sufficiently to produce a complete consonant.
6-fricative:the interaction between 2 organs leads to a narrow closure.The ressult is that when the air stream passes through them a friction is produced because air is forced through.
