Please be informed that Wave Crest Holdings Limited, our card vendor, is no longer issuing and maintaining cards for users outside the European Economic Area (the SEPA zone).
Please click here for the list of countries that the SEPA zone includes.
Your cards issued to your non-SEPA address will stay active until January 10th, 2018, 11:59 PM GMT
. After that, all prepaid cards issued within our program will be closed and you will not be able to use them.
Please spend all the funds on your cards or move them back to the e-wallets inside your account before January 10th. We do not recommend making new card funding transactions to avoid leaving funds on your cards after they are blocked. After the cards are closed, you will still be able to request your funds back. You will need to be a fully verified user.
If you currently reside in a SEPA zone country, you can submit verification documents that prove it (ID and proof of address). If your documents are approved and your address is changed to a SEPA country address, you will be able to use the prepaid cards offered within our program. To submit your documents, please contact our customer support.
