Think about your life goals

There’s never a good time to sit down and think about what you want to accomplish in life. We have busy lives, and even when we’re not busy, we might just feel more like vegging in front of the TV or checking our feeds than thinking about the rest of our lives.
Do it today, if you haven’t yet. It could take as little as 10 or 20 minutes, and it could make all the difference in the world.
And it’s not that hard. You probably already have a good idea of what you want to do, but you may not have it written down. Or maybe you’ve done this exercise before, but you haven’t updated your goals for awhile. Now’s the time to do it.

actually i do not often do this, it's not bad idea for anyone but me, for one reason that i dont like someone else to know my goals, i prefer to keep them in my mind rather to write them, someone may read it and that's not good for me, it's like that person who has his own diary and does'nt want anybody to read it

it is always good to be focuzed on one or few goals at the time, but to have a goal is just a step toward what we want, after that we need to plan and make a strategy to reach that goal

it scares me to think that I should have clear goals in this life, I aimed to study medecine but I did not , I aimed to volunteer with some organizations and I couldn't, I used to have many goals in the past no one is achieved so at this right moment I prefer have none
