concerning the requests of ( SISlLI) about the DIagnostic Tests
for the MS 4 Level it's an official Entry Assessment Test where the teacher has to deal with it (normally) from the first hour that he or she meets his or her MS4 learners. It's marked on 100 points , the teacher has to correct and from that correction he or she will see what to remediate .

Concerning the other other levels MS2 and MS3 there is no official diagnostic Tests the teacher has to see the learning objectives of both levels and tries to plan a series of Tasks , no need for texts here since you will try to diagnose the learners competencies .

for the MS3 level I tried to gather some of the learning objectives that the learners have already seen in the MS2 level

Concerning the monthly planning , some of the heads ask for it If the teacher has a problem to update with his or her Yearly Planning otherwise it's useless
I explain :
If the teacher starts his school year from the 11th of September , he or she is not absent and there is no problem that prevents the teacher to follow what he or she has planned from the beginning of the school year , there is no need for a monthly planning .

The monthly planning is set to update and remediate the yearly planning and NOT THE SAME INFORMATION MUST APPEAR IN THE MONTHLY PLANNING as they appear on the YEARLY ONE

but if the heads insist just reprint the pages of each month of your yearly one and present them to your administration ( what to do since they can't make the difference between the two)

well remediation is used when you assess your learners knowledge about specific learning objective , I mean when you assess you have to remediate = repair what is going wrong

For consolidation after you teach any learning objectives your learners are exposed to written practice so more tasks you give them the more they will master this new learning objective so here you consolidating
