Thank you very much mr.bounab and mr ryad.Ihave already printed the table of ommited lessons and i am using it regularly when preparing lessons .But i just have a doubt about these ******** functions because i didn't found them neither in the planning and nor in the table of deleted lessons

If you follow the papers in french you can se what is omiited and what is not. i do'nt know if you have the papers i'm talking about
or not. well here is what I am talking about.

We used to do this lesson in file 2 , research and report , making a rule charter to ensure the protection of the wild animals.
But according to the new slimming down , no animals in way of extinction ,
I propose to talk about the school regulations using "must , have to , mustn't "
What do you think ? If you have another idea inform me please

I noticed this problem a two days ago. Thanks god I had some old pictures about traffic signs. They are quite useful..Just draw them, stick them on tye board and give examples about an obligation and another about prohibition. Don't forget to focus on the synonyms:
prohibit= ban = prevent
then their opposites
allow= permit
so they can use them or at least check them and understand in which context are used.
the is another problem, most pupils translate into Arabic and in case of " mustn't" they translate it as (لا يجب)
which is not correct. The correct meaning to express prohibition in Arabic is (يجب ان لا تفعل)

thanks so much .So I thought that we must put these modals in a context (( a text about school regulations for example )
Learners have already seen this lesson ( obligation , prohibition and absence of obligation ) in the 3rd year .

In the pages u listed above , there is expressing possibility using may , can .
Expressing obligation is on page53 , isn't it ?
It's not a problem , I'll solve it , But I prefer to ask because I want to share the work with you all , as I've always said , I want all of us (teachers of English ) work in the same way since we have a common final exam BEM .
And I really want to hear from official sources that they are going to change the books since there are changes in the learning objective and the syllabus .

just carry on and share your works and ideas

don't blame the teachers , nothing has been done to help them

they are given a syllabus , hard to understand , like a puzzle game and the big problem is that the master piece misses each time

Salam My friend

there is no new method , in this guide there are less tasks regarding to the one of october 2007

and what is new is the way we mark the written expression is now official , the one it was used in the last BEM June 2013 , the last work doen by the Americans here in Algeria in June 2008

It must be applied in class to make the learners believe that they can score at this task

and the guide contains for the first time how to plan tests and exams , this will help teacher plan their tests and exams in conformity with the BEM Exam

This guide must be the theme of training sessions in order to make the teachers used to it
