Believe me my colleagues .I am studying and analysing the official programme and the new slimming down seriously .And whenever I go deeper , I get confused and sometimes lost .That's why I ask for a help and for different opinions and ideas concerning our hard job.
In the old slimming down (2008) the active and the passive form occured in the yearly distribution of the 4th year level ( file one ).
In the new slimming down , it doesn't .
Shall we teach it to remember them of this lesson they have already seen in the 2 nd year ?

Why should you go back the the 2008 slimming down? Just build up your yearly planning on the new slimming down and the yearly planning suggested by the ministry. Next Tuesday, Incha Allah, we'll have a meeting and I've already prepared a new simplified planning where you just carry out what is there; and don't worry it's set on what have been sent to us by the inspector. The planning I prepared is too simple you can even add just the date and time. I'll send you a copy as a soon as I finish it..

The slimming of September 2009 that must be checked

ad the passive does not occur in the MS4 level 's both slimmings

it is in the MS2 level they omitted the past form of the passive that's all


the slimming is very important to follow to understand what do to

I advise you to follow the syllabus the one you received in your schools


The problem is in MS4 for the other levels no problem

In the old slimming down and in the previous yearly distribution there was the active and passive form for the fourth year level .It was set in the yearly distributins they sent us in 2008 / 2009 .and it occured in file one . I used to do it when I finish the whole file , in " where do we send now ".And in file one , we use the passive form to describe the a dish (write it up : listening and speaking ). But since it doesn't occur in the new slimming down , so , and as you said , we shouldn't do it .And as I told you , I want to discuss all the ambiguities we find in the programme to unify our work and facilitate it , too .

The inspector told me that most inspectors claimed the new yearly planning and said it's quite ambiguous. He charged us to prepare a simplified planning where the teacher can just carry out what is planned and needless to read or study the slimming down poly-copes. I have prepared a yearly planning for all levels so far; and I just wait to discuss it with my colleagues because I'm sure they have many things to add or to omit. The meeting is on Tuesday. Inchallah I'll upload it here on Tuesday afternoon. I hope you give me any ideas so we can help all teachers who still have difficulties in dealing with such problem. I want to tell you what I have in mind. The idea is to have a yearly planning which can serve as a diary-book (cahier journal). The teacher have to add the class, date and time. and of course any notes.

Well , I want to add another questionn I've already asked in this forum and Mr. Samir Bounab who I thank too much has answered me .I want to ask it again because I really want u to discuss it , if possible , in your next meeting .
In the new yearly planning of the 4th year , file one , there is :Write a letter of application ( communicative tasks ) and in file two , learning objectives ,there is "talk about causes and effect of pollution .And in the communicative tasks there is write a letter of complaint . I hope you'll discuss all these points .As u said , we have to follow what is set in the new yearly distribution . No paragraph about animals in way of extinction .And How about file 05? Is the whole file omitted ? According to the new yearly distribution , the whole file is omitted .So , we'll have to teach five files instead of 6 files .
Now another question , in the new yearly distribution ( 4th year ) , in the third term , (Grammar ) there is "The present perfect simple +adverbs of time (just / so far / yet / already / since / for ) . We have taught this lesson in the 3rd year's programme ( file 3 ).Shall we repeat it in the 4th year ?If we follow the new yearly distribution , it's yes .Now if it's yes ,in which file shall we present this lesson .

I hope we 'll be able to find answeres to all these questions as soon as possible . Thanks for the help .

Allow me to add something , even if you speech is for your friend

there is no application letter in MS syllabus except the letter of opinion

now they are talking about letter of complaint

What I understood is they want this theme of pollution in order to make the learners aware about food pollution and not waste food , since there is an integration about it in that allegement du program

for the present perfect , since it has been omitted , it must be taught
in MS4 , and if you have done it no problem to make a review

For file 5 yes it had been omitted , just in the productive task they are talking about writing letter ( agony letter) may be we have to teach only Reading and writing

I don't know in which wilaya there will be this meeting you are asking you friend about , I hope teachers will benefit from it

there other obstacles in the yearly planning, 32 weeks but in fact there are only 29 weeks and even less than 29 in case the religious holidays are borne in mind.
i'll discuss everything with them.

I hope also that the inspectors could comment about the hours reserved to teach the 1st and the 2nd year levels . and they could compare the length of the programme with the hours reserved to teach English .
