well,the first sentence the verb is in the past ,so the auxiliary must be in the past not in the present
the second sentence ,the introductory verb is in the past ,and the verb between the quotation marks in the present so we change it to the past
لانه لما يكون le verbe introducteur في passé الفعل ليكون في quotation marks يتبدل وهنا عندنا present معناها يرجع passé
والجملة ترجع هكذا

the fourth sentence, it includes should يعني لازم وهذا ينطبق على it's high time
الجملة ترجع هكذا
it's high time the journalists treated subjects legally

the sixth sentence,there is a key word "I regret" so it has to do with expressing a wish
since it's a regret ,we express a wish in the past
وفي غالب الامر wish in the past يعبر عن الندم
الجملة ترجع هكذا
I wish I had not bought that counterfeit
وللتعبير عن wish in the past نستعمل past perfect

the seventh sentence,the key word is possible
يعني هنا فيها may or can
الجملة ترجع هكذا
government may/can eradicate corruption

they lead a better life because they earn higher salaries
هنا عندها علاقة ب condition type2
الجملة ترجع هكذا
If they did not earn higher salaries,they would not lead a better life

the next sentence,it's about reported speech
and in that sentence the introductory verb is conjugated in the past ,so the verb between the quotation marks will change
the sentence will be like that
he asked us where we had traveled the previous summer
the last sentence,the same thing it has to do with reported speech
he wanted to know if I would study german the year after

ماذا عن اللغة الالمانية اذا تقدري نحلو بعض المواضيع اعني اذا عندك مواضيع اعطيني نحل و انت صححيلي اذا قدرتي

ربي يبارك فيك و في شقاك و يجعل الكل في ميزان حسناتك ان شاء الله ندعولك في ظهر الغيب و تكون مستجابة
