The second International Conference on the Image and Signal Processing and their Applications (ISPA'10) will be organized by the Mohamed Khider University of Biskra, Algeria. Biskra is in the south east of the capital Algiers, 430 Km and the south of Constantine, 230 Km.

[ Cette rencontre scientifique s’adresse aux étudiants, chercheurs, industriels, producteurs et herboristes., elle a pour objectifs
ØOffrir une plateforme nationale pour l’échange et la diffusion des récents travaux scientifiques sur les Plantes Aromatiques et Médicinales ;
ØPermettre aux différents intervenants de nouer des contacts et partenariats afin d’élaborer des stratégies communes en rapport avec les PMA ;
Ø Encourager la culture, la production, la transformation et la conservation des PMA ;
ØMettre en évidence l’importance socio-économique, médicale et environnementale des PMA à l’échelle régionale et nationale.
ØFaire connaître aux étudiants l’importance de l’utilisation des PMA.



Manifestation de trois jours avec des séances plénières, des communications orales et sessions posters avec débats.
Une sortie au niveau du territoire du PNEK est prévue pour la découverte de la richesse floristique et principalement en PMA.



ØBiodiversité, culture et conservation des PAM
ØBiotechnologies pour la production et la valorisation des PAM
ØChimie, contrôle qualité et toxicité des PAM ainsi que leurs produits dérivés
ØEthnobotanique et réflexion pour la valorisation du métier dans le cadre légal

Invitation
The organising committee is pleased to announce first NCEN national
Conference on Electrical Networks. The organising committee is glad to
invite you to NCEN’10 which will be held in Sidi Bel-Abbes –Algeria from
28 to 29 September 2010.
Conference Objectives
NCEN’10 Conference is a place where experts of academic and industrial
world can discuss together with recent developments and actual trends
in different field of Electrical Networks.
The conference will consist of plenary sessions, normal sessions
including both oral and poster presentations.
Technical Topics Area
NCEN’10 covers the following major thematic sessions:
· Modeling and simulation of Electrical networks.
· Dynamic cables: Corona vibrations, Aeolian vibrations, gallop,
sawing
· Behaviour and management of electrical networks
· Transmission and distribution of electrical energy.
· Construction of electrical networks (impact on environment).
· HVDC, Load-flow, Facts.
· Protection of electrical networks.
· Scattered production (integration in the electrical network).
· Deregulation and model of the market of electricity
In addition to the main topics, papers on other important subjects of
the central conference themes will be considered for inclusion in
scientific programme.
Submission
Paper Format: Papers should be written according to IEEE standard.
Papers should be no longer than 6 pages.
Authors are requested to submit full papers by e-mail to:
ncen2010 @ yahoo.fr
Proposals should be written in French or English. Each paper should be
sent in PDF file attached to a submission e-mail indicating the thematic
session and 4 keywords covering the topic.
Authors of proposals provisionally accepted will receive a notification
indicating the instructions for the preparation of the full papers. Final
acceptance will be based on the full paper.
Deadlines
Interested authors should note the following deadline dates:
· Submission of Full Papers: April 30th, 2010
· Notification of Acceptance: June 15th, 2010
· Reception of Final Manuscripts July 15th, 2010
