Do u mean relax
ok first you have to take a long breath then close your eyes and don't think about any thing

clear your mind from any thing that makes you feel angry or tired take a long breath again then imagine your self in a quiet place like a forest or an island try to hear the sounds of birds and the falling of water
stay as long as you can then you 'll feel good and ok
