Providing that and provided that have exactly the same meaning but

as long as is a little bit different

Providing that expresses a moment condition but as long as expresses continuous condition

but if you use one instead of the other,your answer will be acceptable

Well,it' high time and it's about time are synonyms,they express the same thing

We use them to express that something should be done and that it is already a bite late

We use the past simple

Eg:It's high time pupils learnt their lessons
or
It's about time pupils learnt their lessons

Remark:it's high time or it's about time+subject+ past simple
