مشكل في خاصية US Payment Service

السلام عليكم

لدي بطاقة ماستر كارد Payoneer مند أكثر من سنة ونصف

واستقبل المال فيها عادي من بايبال وتعاملت بها اكثر من مرة

ومند اربع ايام ارسلت مال من حسابي المفعل في بايبال الى باينويير كالعادة

وبعد ثلاثة ايام توقعت وصول المبلغ لكنني وجدت العكس

بهذا الرسالة في الايميل

باي بال ألغى تعامله مع بايونير
الآن يمكنك استخدام خدمة الدفع الأمريكية للسحب من الشركات المتعاقدة مع بايونير فقط لا وجود للباي بال في قائمتها
لا أدري كيف ستسحب اموالك من باي بال لكن ربما ستعود للمرسل ثم يمكنك المطالبة بها على بنك آخر والله أعلم
