advise in learning english

good morning brothers and sisters....
we all want to learn English and talk with it fluently, but the question we can ask is how can we learn it?
from books? movies? news?...?
well, i'm here today to share with you my experience and give you a small advice f you allow me
there is small steps if you can follow it you can learn how to talk in English which are :
1-don't focus on learning English grammar (how is that!!! ) because grammar is good for writing but for talking you need to be speed and don't take long time researching for the right tense to answer a simple question.
2-begin with learning easy words.
3-the important step is to listen to English, LISTEN AND LISTEN AND LISTEN...its the secret of learning any new ******** BUT don't listen to difficult conversations or words like BBC news or american movies ...always start with easy ways ...you can begin with children stories for exemple.
