استفسار عن امكانية شحن بيونير من +net لنتلر

السلام عليكم
اليوم حاولت شحن بطاقة بيونير بارسال المال من بطاقة نتلر
لكن العملية لم تتم واخبروني في رسالة ان المال الذي ارسل من نتلر سيعاد اليها
