I Need help concerning the Theme of my memoire (TEFL)

well ,Can you give me a hand ? !

I'm a Third year student (English of course )

and I want to start my memoire but I'm a little bit confused , I don't know which theme should I choose

I'll be so Thankful if you help me

Hello I wish u r doing good so the stress started emm it's not a big deal we all passed the 4th or the 3rd years it was hard in the begining just try to find the theme that can be found I mean the references and as I see I think the best theme to deal with is
the Teaching methods choose a method and do the memoire on it.

2.2. The Direct Method
2.3. The Aural- Oral Approach (The Audio Lingual Method)
