للاسف الشديد فقد وصلتني رسالة من دعم باير تقول انه سيتم توقيف جميع البطاقات لبلاستيكية والافتراضية خارج منطقة الاتحاد الاوروبي ابتداءا من 13 ديسمبر 2017
We inform you that the MasterCard system has forbidden all services from issuing plastic and virtual cards for residents of countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) from today.

At the moment, Payeer MasterCard cards are not issued for countries outside the EEA / SEPA zone, and previously issued cards will be valid until December 31st, after which they will not be active.
