this is a poem I wrote to a friend of mine which

start giving up so i hope it will help ma friend and any one

have the same feeling

Heart Beats

Stop for a moment and try to listen carefuly

Listen to that sound it is inside it is there deeply

It is the heart beats the sign that you still alive

They are the reason you breath you still survive

Maybe you are in pain you wanna give it all up

But don't this ain't the end find a way to get up

Maybe you think you are weak you feel so sick

But hey there always a open door for you to seak

Maybe you think it's all over you feel like you can't

But you're wrong you always can get what you want

Maybe you think that the good is not gonna come

I think you are strong and you can akways overcome

You think that this is not good this is not alright

but you gotta hold you gotta stand and keep fight

coz you know what …….

As long as you can still hear and feel your heart beat

There's a new chance there's nothing you can't beat

everything gonna be better everything will be right

Coz there is a bright new day after every dark night

We may lose sometimes and yes we all somtimes fail

Well it doesn't matter…..

As long we get up again and try again try to leave a trail

it doesn't matter who you are or where are you going to

this what life is and what really matters is what you do ?
