My advise to you is to start by reading kids' books where the words are basic ( depending on the reading age)

I advise you to manage reading only in English, this way you will learn one to few words with each book but the most important and hard for us we Algerians is the structure of sentences, cause we tend to translate from French, which is absolutely wrong and worse : it definitely delays your learning, translating from Arabic to
English is less harmful ( my opinion)
