look sir to be honest i have to tell you the truth..i've noticed that plenty of good topics are not taken into concideration and only few members aply after reading these important topics besides some topics which are not realy important are read a big number of members**this happens in all the other forums and it is not only my opinion..thank you sir and sorry to say it but this is the truth.

i think that we still need to be honest more and more and really encourage what needs to be encouraged otherwise we will loose alot of things..thank you
