الباي بال الجزائري يسحب للفيزا ولا يهم إن كانت جزائرية أم لا

راسلت الباي بال عن طريق الإيميل لأطرح مشكلت الفيزا الجزائرية و سياسة البنوك بعدم شحن البطاقة من مصدر خارجي غير البنك و اخبرتهم أني أستعمل فيزا من بنك إسباني بعنوان جزائري و كان الرد كتالي

You may use the VISA gift card for your withdrawal transactions with
PayPal for as long as it is "Withdraw Eligible" in your account profile
you can use it to withdraw your PayPal funds.

For your future reference, you may check if your credit or debit card is
eligible for withdrawal by following the steps below:

1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
2. Click "Profile" at the top of the page.
3. Click "Credit Cards" in the Financial Information column.

If your card is eligible for withdrawal, it says "Accepts PayPal
Withdrawals" in the Action column.

To assist you further, I also included the steps on how you can withdraw
the PayPal funds to your VISA card.

If you have a credit or debit card on your PayPal account which displays
the Visa logo and you'd like to withdraw funds from your PayPal balance
to your card, here's what you need to do:

1. Go to www.paypal.com.tr and log in to your account.
2. Click 'Withdraw' near the top of the page.
3. Click 'Withdraw funds to your card'.
4. Fill in the required boxes.
5. Click 'Continue'.
6. Review the information and click 'Confirm'.

Please note:

• It usually takes 5-7 working days for your funds to post to your card
balance. It may take up to 30 days to reflect on your card statement
depending on your card issuer. For additional questions, contact your
card issuer.
• Due to local regulations and issuing bank guidelines, it's not
possible to withdraw funds to all credit/debit cards
• There is a minimum and maximum withdrawal limit to withdraw funds to
your card. To view your withdrawal limits, log in to your account and
click 'View Limits' on the Account Overview page.
• Click 'Fees' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage to view the fees for
withdrawing funds to your card
