تجميد وغلق حسابي في entropay دون سابق انذار و بدون سبب و تعليق المبلغ الموجود به

تفجئت البارحة بتعليق حسابي في بنك entropay دون سابق اندار و بدون اي سبب يعني لم ارتكب اي خطاء و عند مراسلتهم قالو لي انهم لن يعيدو فتح الحساب و سوف يتم غلقه بعد تحويل المال الموجود به الى حساب بنكي وانا ليس لدي حساب بنكي يعني كونت دوفيز والله حرت علاش غلقوا الحساب وهذا ردهم بعد مراسلتهم
