هل يمكن التفعيل فقط ببطاقة الماسترد كارد بايونير لوحدها
We no longer have the option to add a Payoneer U.S. bank account to your PayPal account however you are always welcome to add a Visa credit/debit card to be able to send and withdraw money.



As outlined in the Payoneer US Payment Service Terms and Conditions, Payoneer accounts are not bank accounts. As such you wouldn’t be able to add it to your PayPal account. (Section 14. (Disclaimers), “The US Payment Service is not a bank account in the United States and funds received on your behalf are not FDIC-insured.”) Regarding the person who was able to add Payoneer to their account, we cannot address your concerns regarding an account not your own.
