البايبال و ماستر كارد بيونر

السلام عليكم

في الحقيقة انا اواجه مشكلة لم اجد لها حلا

لدي حساب بايبال جزائري مفعل بالحساب الامريكي الخاص ببيونر و ايضا مربوط بماستر كارد خاصة بي

قمت بكل الاجراءات لتفعيل البايبال بالماستر كارد عادي جدا و انا استلم النقود من البايبال عادي عن طريق الحساب الامريكي

المشكل الان انه عندما اردت ارسال الاموال لشخص ما واجهت هدا المشكل

المشكل ايضا ان الماستركارد نفعلة و ايضا لا يوجد خيار card confirmation process في حسابي

مادا افعل لكي استطيع ارسال الاموال ؟

ربما البطاقة تاآآلفة ،، هل إستعملتها من قبل في عمليات الشرآء ،، أجب على الأسئلة وإن شآء الله نجد حل للمشكلة

1/ اريد ان اشتري بها او استثمر في neobux
2/البطاقة جديدة و ليست تافة + استطيع الدخول الى حسابي في بيونر عادي جدا
3/ لم استعملها من قبل اول مرة لانها جديدة

عندما راسلت بايبال اخبروني ان حسابي مفعل و ان الماستر كارد مفعلة عندهم و ان المشكل من بيونر

Upon further checking on the transaction, it shows that your credit card issuer is declining our request to fund this payment. As such, kindly contact your card issuer and verify with them why they are declining your transaction. Once they give you a go signal that everything is good to go, you can go ahead and try to send the payment again and it should go through. Otherwise, you always have the option to use a different card by adding it on the account and choosing it as your funding source.
