An Indian water carrier had two large earthenware jars, suspended at the 2 ends of a piece of wood which married the form of its shoulders. One of the earthenware jars had a glare, whereas the other earthenware jar preserved perfectly all its water to the house of the Master, the other earthenware jar lost almost half of its invaluable cargo in the way.
That lasted 2 years, during which, each day, the water carrier delivered only one earthenware jar and half of water to each one of its voyages.
Of course, the perfect earthenware jar was proud, since it managed to fulfil its function from the beginning to the end without fault. But the damaged earthenware jar was ashamed of its imperfection and felt depressed because it managed only to achieve half of that of which it was supposed able being.
At the end of 2 years of what it regarded as a permanent failure, the damaged earthenware jar said to the water carrier while he was filling it with the water source
.“I feel guilty, and I ask you to excuse me.”
“Why?” asked the water carrier. “What are you ashamed of?”
“I succeeded in only carrying half of my water cargo with our Master, during these 2 years, because of this glare which spoils water. By my fault, you make all these efforts, and, at the end, you only get half of water. You do not obtain the complete recognition of your efforts» says the damaged earthenware jar.

Some among us are decreased by old age, others do not shine by their intelligence, others too thick or too thin, some are bald people, others are decreased physically, but they are the glares, the defects in us who make our lives interesting and exciting. It is better to take the others as they are, and to see what it has of good and good in them.
