reading is the best way ever
look once my teacher said iwasn't not supposed to talk english at all i took the challenge and now i feel like i can understand the whole world because the whole world speaks english ,you gotta have a strong will then try to read it's ok it's gonna be hard to understand all the words but lil by lil you will
i have a note book i named it "words i learnt today" it's a good way to memorize words
you will find help here because there are too many persons here who speak english fluently and they will certainly help you

Well, to learn English you have to communicate with native speakers. Try to improve the four skills (Reading, writing, listening and speaking). Also, make sure to do exercises on the net, there are several websites which are made specifically for these cases. Good luck!
