لقد استقبلت منذ ايام دفع من شركة EXCELLENTBUX بقيمة 4 دولار
ولكن المبلغ جائني في Pending balance اي لا استطيع تحويله او الاستفادة منه
لم افهم لماذا ؟؟

Payment Details

Ship to the buyer's address on the Transaction Details page.

Save all tracking information or other proof of shipment.
Let your buyer know the item shipped by adding tracking information on the Transaction Details page.

ارجو المساعدة علما ان حسابي فعلته بالبنك الامريكي و اود تحويل هذا المبلغ الى البطاقة لتفعيلها
ارجو المساعدة لانني بصدد انتظار مبلغ اخر لا اريد ان يتم ايقافه مثل هذا
