تم شحن بطاقتي بمبلغ 80دولار ولكن اليوم تلقيت الرسالة التالية
This is to inform you of an attempt to make a private payment to your Payoneer card ending in 3622, but that unfortunately we were not able to approve this payment request 6690465 of $80.00.
The loader will not be charged for this attempted transaction and was advised to contact you for additional information.
While Payoneer does offer the option to have funds privately loaded to our cards, payments are reviewed on an individual basis and are subject to approval based on our policies and regulations. We will consider future private loads to your card once once you have received a payout from your account with Payoneer-Affiliates.
Also, please note that private payments to all accounts are subject to additional limitations in accordance with Payoneer's fraud prevention policies.

وعند اتصالي بهم قال لي التالي
Since now you are only able to load private payments after getting a payout from a partner or the US Payments Service that is up to $100. Otherwise you won't be able to receive private payments
