نزاع في alertpay

السلام عليكم

كنت فتحت نزاع منذ مدة ضد BuxSL ثم بعد مدة (5 أيام) ارسلت لهم ثانية أخبرهم أن أدمن BuxSL لا يرد ؛ فبعثوا لي هذه الرسالة :

ماذا علي أن أفعل الآن ؟؟؟ هل انتظر فقط ؟؟؟!!! وهل هناك أمل في إستعادة مالي (10$) وماهي المدة التي تعالج فيها هذه القضايا (أي متى استعيد مالي)
