Dogechain.info allows users to create self-custody wallets, and the only user information retained by Dogechain.info is the email address associated with the relevant user account. We do not retain any user’s private keys or have access to any user’s Dogechain Wallets. This email address is not intended for any technical support requests and we would like to remind you that Dogechain.info’s services are provided “as-is” with no representations, warranties, or customer service. Please review our User Agreement at dogechain.info/terms if you have any questions. As a reminder, our User Agreement requires you to retain backups of your private keys.

To address the most common support issues faced by users:

I'm having trouble logging in to my Dogechain wallet.

Please ensure you are using the correct wallet ID and password.

Your Wallet ID (check your own records) is of this format:

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

Here's an EXAMPLE of the Wallet ID: "be1d8a59-b612-49ec-8bd5-06f50e66143e". Everything in between the quotes (") is the Wallet ID. It contains only the lower-case letters a,b,c,d,e,f, digits 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and exactly four hyphens (-). No other characters.

The Wallet ID must be entered exactly in the above format, otherwise it is entirely invalid.

Your password is the only thing that can decrypt your wallet, and Dogechain has no information about what is inside a user's wallet.

If you still are unable to access your wallet via Dogechain.info, you will want to use your private keys directly elsewhere.

You can always use the latest private keys you backed up when you created your wallet address(es). Your private keys allow you to access your coins using any Dogecoin wallet software. We recommend using the Dogecoin Core software directly at github.com/dogecoin/dogecoin.

I need device-based two-factor authentication disabled, or I need my wallet IDs again. Can Dogechain help?

If you want your wallet IDs disclosed via e-mail, or need device-based two-factor authentication disabled on all accounts associated with your email address, sign this legal document: https://app.hellosign.com/s/84rbuPJa. When asked for your email address, you must use the email address you specified when you created the Dogechain.info account, or as updated by you at a later time. Once you sign the above document, do not send it to us, as we will receive it automatically once signed. If we find information relevant to your request, you will be informed via email in up to 14 days.

You must ensure your email account is secure, and only accessible to you as any disclosed information's security will entirely depend on the receiving system's security. You will still need your e-mail address to receive access codes for your wallet in case you disable device-based two factor authentication.

How do I disable email-based two factor authentication?

You cannot disable email-based two factor authentication at this time.

I lost my password. Can Dogechain help?

No. Your password encrypts your wallet, and Dogechain does not know your password, or what is inside your wallet. Your password is the only thing that can decrypt your wallet. Since Dogechain cannot decrypt your wallet, Dogechain cannot help with lost passwords.

How do I change my password? I don't see an option.

You cannot. Just create a new account and start fresh. Remember to retain your private keys at all times for all wallets you own.

I lost my private keys. Can Dogechain help?

No. Dogechain does not have knowledge of any wallet's private keys.

My coins moved without my permission. Help!

Dogechain.info has no control over user coins as Dogechain.info has no access to your private keys. If your coins have moved, it is because either you moved them, or someone else has access to your private keys. The latter can happen for instance if you've installed malicious software on your computer, such as browser extensions that are intended to steal your information, or entered your account information (wallet ID, password, two-factor codes, etc.) on a phishing site, etc.

To be clear, Dogechain.info does not know what is inside any user's wallet, as we simply provide an interface to interact with the Dogecoin blockchain.

I am having another issue with Dogechain.info.

Please use your private keys directly elsewhere if your issues persist. Remember that your private keys control your coins and addresses, not Dogechain.info or your Dogechain.info account.
