I’m a little frustrated… I’ve been working out every day - at least 90 minutes mix of strength training and cardio (I’ve been doing this for a while), keeping my carbs below 30, cut out alcohol and gluten and caffeine, intermittent fasting 16:8, Drinking a gallon of water a day, and keeping my calories at 1350 - and I haven’t lost a pound. My clothes are even tighter… has anyone had this issue in their first week?
Oh, I’d also like to note my skin looks clearer, I have more energy and my PTSD appears to be in remission. Just upset no weight loss, in fact maybe a bit of weight gain,
