السلام عليكم انا أريد الاستفسار حول م closed order في aliexpress لقد اشتريت بحساب قديم و جاءت closed order او لا أستطيع الدفع ففتحت حساب جديد و قمت يالدفع عادي 3 او 4 مرات و لكن عندما بدلت العنوان و هذا اعتقد لا علاقة قصدي ليس في الاشياء المدفوعة و لكن عند الشراء الجديد قمت بتبديل العنوان , و في وقت التأكد من الدفع جاءت

We will respond to your claim within 3-5 working days. Once your card/Alipay account information has been validated, you can place this order again.

و اتبعت التعليمات و بعدها انتظرت الرد و جاء الرد ايجابيا
لقد قلت لهم عندي بطاقة افتراضية من بنك نتلر و صورت الحساب على انه مفعل و بطاقة الهوية
كما قلت الرد جاء ايجابيا و هو كالاتي

و بعد دقائق قمت بدفع الشحن لخواتمي كما قال لي البائع

و قمت بالانتظار قبل شراء اي منتج اخر و مع الاسف جاء الرد سلبيا

ما الحل أفيدوني جازاكم الله خيرا . لقد قالوا لي ان المال سيرجع و بالفعل رجع 11 دولار من أصل 58 دولار
لقد بدلت العنوان لان صديقاتي اردت شراء نفس مقتنياتي فدفعوا لي فاشتريت لهم عادي
أين المشكل شكرا
مع العلم أني أستعمل master card افتراضية من بنك نتلر و هو مفعل و المشكل بدأ عندما طلبت لصديقتي وضعت new adress و كتبت معلوماتها بدأت سلسلات رفض الدفع مع العلم انهم يقتطعون المال أفيدوني
