السلام عليكم لقد واجهتني نفس المشكلة
وبعد الاتصال مع الشركة كان الرد كالتالي
Dear Customer,
Kindly be informed that the reason you can not log in is because in your member area you set IP restrictions and the current IP you are trying to log in from is out of the set IPs. Please log in using your set IP. Also upon your wish we can offer you 2 possible options: we can disable your IP or add your current IP to the list of acceptable IPs.
Please inform us which variant is the most suitable for you and provide us with your address and full name indicated during the registration.
اذا المشكل هو أنك بعد التسجيل حاولت الدخول من جهاز آخر ب عنوان جديد ما جعل الحساب يغلق
قم بالرد على رسائلهم و اطلب منهم حذف الايبي القديم أو أضف الجديد
