winning people's hearts is not an easy task because of so many reasons and i state that the main reason is the diversity of the way people think because each one has his own point of view on things and reacts differently on each one.
there are people who are easily won and there are people who you can never win even if you spend you whole like kissing their toes.

meaning :
if you figure out if the person is an easy win or a hard win,
you WON
easy and simple as that
because winning the hearts is about knowing exactly how to deal with them which means knowing them.
