فى 600 صفحة صدر كتاب بعنوان
( المائة . تقويم لأعظم الناس أثرا فى التاريخ )
للمؤلف , هو فى الأصل عالم فلكى رياضى . يعمل فى هيئة الفضاء الأمريكية , أما متعته الأولى فهى دراسة التاريخ .
وقد لاحظ أن من بين عشرات الألواف من ملايين الناس , لم تذكر دوائر المعارف كلها سوى عشرين ألف شخص . كان لهم أثر فى بلادهم , وفى البلاد الأخرى وفى التاريخ الأنسانى ..... والمؤلف اسمه مايكل هارت .
وبعد أن فرغ من أصدار هذا الكتاب تلقى اقتراحات من العلماء والأدباء ورجال الدين بأضافة اسماء أخرى . ولكن المؤلف عنده مقاييس ثابتة لأختيار الشخصيات المائة واستبعاد مئات غيرها ...
يقول : أنه حدث عندما كان الفيلسوف الفرنسى فولتير فى بريطانيا ان اشترك فى مناقشة موضوعها ( من هو الأعظم : الأمبراطور الرومانى يوليوس قيصر أو القائد الأغريقى الأسكندر الأكبر أو القائد المغولى تيمور لنك أو الزعيم البريطانى كرومويل ؟ ....
وكان الرد على هذا السؤال أن قال أحد المتناقشين : بل أعظم الجميع " العالم الرياضى البريطانى أسحاق نيوتن " .
وكان فولتير محقا , لأن نيوتن هو الأعظم ... لأنه بكل بساطة يحكم عقولنا بالمنطق والعلم , وهؤلاء يستعبدون عقولنا بالعنف , ولذلك فهو يستحق عظيم الأحترام .
ولكن المؤلف أقام اختياره لشخصياته الخالدة على عدة أسس , من بينها أن الشخصية يجب أن تكون حقيقية . فهناك شخصيات شهيرة وبعيدة الأثر , ولا أحد يعرف أن كانت قد عاشت أو لم تعش ... مثل الحكيم الصينى لاوتسو .. لا أحد يعرف هل هو أنسان أو أسطورة .. والشاعر الأغريقى هوميروس .. لا أحد يعرف ان كان حقيقة والشاعر الأغريقى أيوب صاحب الأمثال والحكم .. هو أيضا لا نعرف أن كان قد عاش حقآ ..
ولذلك أستبعد مثل هذه الأسماء .
ضف الى ذلك , أستبعده لشخصيات يستحيل معرفتها .... من أمثال , من اخترع النار ! وأول من اخترع العجلات ! وأول من اخترع الكتابة ...
كما أنه أقام أساس الأختيار على ان يكون الشخص عميق الأثر . سواء كان طيبا أو خبيثا . ولذلك كان لابد أن يختار هتلر .. لانه كان عبقرية شريرة .
الكتاب يعتبر مقدمة عامة عن علماء مشاهير , المفترض انهم أحدثوا فى الأنسانية تغييرآ عميقآ . ولهذا بيمكن للقارى التعرف من خلال هذا الكتاب على اسماء عبقرة لهم أنجازات .. لم يسمع بهم من قبل , ولا يعرف حتى ما هى أعمالهم .
يؤخذ على ترجمة الكتاب الى العربية – من وجهة نظرى - خطأ اعتبره قاتل , وهو نشر الكتاب تحت عنوان ( أعظم العظماء , أعظم محمد ) . وانا لا أدعى انى خبير باللغة الأنجليزية , ولكن فى المقام الأول هذا لم يكن عنوان الكتاب .
فالأستاذ انيس نفسه يقول فى المقدمة : صدر الكتاب فى الانجليزية بعنوان " المائة : تقويم لأعظم الناس أثرا فى التاريخ " .
فكان من الواضح , ان العنوان تجارى بحت ... لان خطا مثل هذا لا يقع فيه كاتب أو مفكر ! .
فمن الصعب ,. بل من الخطأ ان اقارن بين جاليلو , وانجازات المسيح عليه السلام – فهذا ليس له اى علاقة بهذا , اللهم الا نفع البشرية .. وهذا أمر اخر .
كما انه من الصعب ان اقارن بين نيوتن وفولتير ... فما علاقة هذا بهذا ؟
لا يوجد شئ اسمه فى الفكر – من وجهة نظرى – أعظم وأجمل .. قد يكون هناك أنفع , ولكن استخدامها يكون ضيق جدا . فضلا عن عدم القدرة على التقييم الموضوعى .... ولا ننسى ان يكون فى نفس الصنعة .
فمثلا قد أقول او يدعى اى فرد , ان المسيح هو اعظم من موسى ... او النبى فلان اعظم من فلان ! هذا امر يمكن المقارنة فيه على أساسيات مشتركة كثيرة , منها الأنجازات , والقدرة على الأحتمال , والتبليغ , و و وو من ملايين الأساسيات المشتركة .
لكن بالله عليكم , كيف أقارن بين محمد والأسكندر الأكبر ؟
فأرى من وجهة نظرى , ان ترجمة عنوان الكتاب كانت متعمدة لتخرج بهذا الشكل لانها فى أول واخر الأمر ( قضية ربح وخسارة ) . ويمكنك ان تقارن بين كتاب عنوانه " محمد أعظم العظماء " مايكل هارت . و " المائة الأكثر أثرا فى التاريخ " ... واضح جدا الفرق على رفوف المطابع , وايهما سيختاره أكثر القراء .
