There are some satellite that provide two types of images ,the first gives multispectral images (Ms) with high resolution spectral and the second gives panchromatic images with high resolution spatial like those
SPOT-5,IKONOS,WorldView-2,QuickBird and Ikonos .For the reason to get an image that contain high resolution information and high spectral information ,the data fusion is necessary .This type of data fusion is named pansharpening .The pansharpenig is usful in many applications like mapping and surveillance.In the litterature many fusion methods have been proposed like Intensity-hue-saturation (IHS),the Brovey Transform (BT) and principal component analysis(PCA).But these methods can make the spectral distortion in fused image .The wavelet transform (WT) and fourier transform (FT)preserves more of spectral characteristics of multispectral images (Ms) .The WISPER methode based wavelet transform taken into acount the the physical spectral response of sensors and determinate the amount of détails of Pan that has to be injected to MS .But this method incorporate the same details in each Ms image band bande that can produce spatial artifact.Fuser methode is a combanaison of two methode (WISPER and fourier transform) .In the present work we develop novel method based entropy calculation for estimating the amount of details and adding them to each band of MS images.Because our method use the fourier transform ,we compare the result of our method with two method that use the fourier transform (FUSER and FFT) . we used correlation coefefficient (CC) and SSIM(Structurel Similiraty Index)for evaluating the spectral quality of fused images and we used the spatial correlation coefficients for evaluating the spatial quality of fused images (SCCs) .
